Enjoy a gentle stroll around ‘A Taste of Self Sufficiency’ smallholding on Howle Hill with Andrew De La Haye as part of the 2018 Ross-on-Wye Walkers are Welcome Festival. Learn about the different techniques he uses to grow a variety of vegetables and fruits including quinoa and amaranth. Andrew will also share a well kept secret of how to make garden compost in less than three months. Your days of turning compost are over!
Booking is not essential. Please note this walk is on uneven ground and, therefore, unsuitable for those with mobility problems or on wheels.
